Rome and Lazio VENUES

Donna Camilla Savelli: a sophisticated hotel with incomparable views

22 Giugno 2022

The last Roman venue we want to talk about is Donna Camilla Savelli, a sophisticated hotel with artistic nuances housed in the former Baroque monastery of Santa Maria dei Sette Dolori.

It is located at the foot of the Gianicolo hills, in an intimate and quiet corner of the Trastevere neighbourhood, loved by artists and poets.

An attentive restoration has conserved the Baroque architecture, bestowing the structure with an indisputably charming atmosphere.

A suggestive Roman Terrace for romantic dinners

The harmony of the traditional Italian courtyard between the 2 Italian-style lush gardens and the beauty of the Eternal City blend with the lavish architecture of the monastery, providing the guests of the Donna Camilla Savelli with exclusive and incomparable views to be enjoyed from the suggestive Roman Terrace. The terrace can host romantic lunches or dinners for up to 150 guests.

There are also 7 indoor halls with different dimensions, which have space for up to 130 guests.

Part of the 99 rooms and suites were obtained from the ancient cells of the monastery; they are all elegantly furnished.

Let us know if you want to know more.

Have a good week!
